Manjuyod Sand Bar
and Dolphins Tour

Highlights

  • Experience the beauty of a Maldives style sand bar
  • Swimming from the sand bar
  • Enjoy the private charter boat at your leisure
  • See the dolphins (although they show up a lot, unfortunately we can't guarentee them)

Tour Overview

Guests often ask me if I get bored operating our tours. The answer is always a resounding no! This tour underlines why.

After boarding the boat in the early morning we will head out to the ‘straights’ where the dolphin pods roam freely in the deep waters. On the way out you are highly likely to see them as well as ‘flying fish’. Once we see the dolphins I really enjoy watching and listening to the guests. Everyone's reaction is different may be just a smile, but sometimes it is a shriek of excitement or eventears of joy! They are truly awesome. If we are lucky they will swim very close to play just of the bow. They sometimes turn over and look up at you whilst they do this! You may even see the dolphins ‘spinning’ into the air.

After the dolphin spotting we will head to the sandbar. There you can walk on the sands and get some great photos. We take lunch onboard the boat which is your private charter for the tour. This allows us to have more flexibility in what we do. That means we don't have to get multi tour groups agreement to move in to different locations. We can go where you want to go and stay as long as you want to stay.

Here you can relax onboard or go swimming the choice is really yours.
